Enjoy free islandwide collection and delivery when you order alteration to be done to 3 pieces of apparel! We accept orders of less than 3 as well. Alteration Terms and Conditions

  • Full payment is required before alteration work begins.
  • Alteration fees are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Customers must check and confirm the fitting, measurements and alteration details before approval.
  • Additional changes requested after confirmation may incur extra charges.
  • Completion dates are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity of the alteration.
  • Please collect garments within 30 days after notification. We are not responsible for items left uncollected beyond 60 days.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by the garment’s existing condition, weak fabric, stains, previous alterations or hidden defects.
  • Slight variations in fit, stitching or finishing may occur due to the garment’s original construction and fabric limitations.
  • Any alteration concern must be reported within 7 days of collection. We will assess and rectify workmanship issues where applicable.
